Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Member of A.I.G.L.I (International Association of Italian Speaking Jurists).

He is a lawyer and legal advisor in business acquisitions and sales, equity and bond placements, partnerships, and debt restructuring. He has held and currently holds director positions in both public and private companies. He began his professional career at the Legal Department of Banco de Chile, and later at Quiñenco S.A. Legal Department, prior to forming CBG.

Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
