His professional experience began in 2012 at CBG | Carvallo, Bizzarri & García. He then worked as a lawyer in the Prosecutor’s Office of Grupo Copesa/CorpGroup from 2016 onwards, and later as a senior lawyer in charge of corporate, real estate, and compliance matters at Vivocorp in 2019.

He has extensive experience in legal advice to companies and individuals in corporate, commercial, civil, real estate, and construction matters. Development of processes for the purchase and sale of assets and companies, association or joint venture agreements, structuring of public and private investment funds, shareholder agreements, options, capital and debt issuances, and project financing.
