Lawyer from Universidad de Chile and Master’s degree candidate in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

She began her professional career at the auditing firm Deloitte Advisory Ltda. and later at the law firms Aninat Schwencke & Cía. and Morales Besa & Cía.

Throughout her career, she has focused her practice on labor, immigration, and social security law, providing advice to national and international companies in labor contracting and termination processes, union matters, collective bargaining, compensation and benefits plans for executives and workers, subcontracting and outsourcing, due diligence, labor audits, processing of permits and visas for foreign executives, among other matters. She also has extensive experience in labor litigation, including cases involving fundamental rights violations, unfair dismissals, work accidents, and occupational diseases.

She has also completed diploma studies in Labor Law and Labor Relations at the University of Chile, and specialization in Labor Legislation at the Pontifical Catholic University.
