Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, USA, and Master in Securities and Financial Regulation (LL.M.), Georgetown University, Washington, DC.

He began his professional career at the Prosecutor’s Office of Banco Edwards, continuing at the Prosecutor’s Office of Banco Santander. He was Chief Lawyer and Deputy Manager of Euroamerica Seguros Generales and later of Mapfre Compañía de Seguros Generales. In 1998, he assumed the Legal Management of Empresas Lucchetti S.A., of which he was its Prosecutor for four years prior to forming CBG. He was Executive Director in Chile of the International Law Institute.

Member of the Chilean Bar Association and the American Bar Association (ABA).
