She began her professional career at GNP Canales Abogados Laborales in 2021.

Her practice focuses on labor and employment law, immigration law, and social security. She advises Chilean companies on hiring and termination processes, union-related matters, collective bargaining, and the processing of permits and visas for foreign nationals, among other areas.

She also has experience in labor litigation, including claims involving violations of fundamental rights, wrongful dismissal, anti-union practices, and workplace accidents.
