His professional experience began in Chile at Artaza & Compañía law firm, then he worked as a lawyer in the Tax Department at KPMG Peat Marwick. He worked at Baker & Botts law firm in Washington D.C. Upon returning to Chile, he joined Carey y Cía. law firm before forming CBG.

He provides advice on corporate and commercial matters, contract negotiation with suppliers and clients, analysis of new businesses, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, construction and real estate projects. He has extensive experience in legal advice for companies and individuals in corporate, commercial and civil matters.
